Are you up for a challenge!? Awesome! I challenge you to 7 days of self-love! This challenge calls you to spend 7 days pampering and loving yourself.  Self-love is so important, I cannot stress it enough!


Self-love is loving who you are and taking care of yourself at all cost. So many people spend their time taking care of others (their spouse, children, clients, friends, etc.) that we tend to forget to nurture ourselves. You only get one life on this earth and time waits for no one. Self care benefits us emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally. This is a selfish act that is necessary and you should NOT feel bad about it! It's also a great practice to teach our kids.

Receive daily text messages

I'm sure we all know how life can come in and mess up your plans but in order to create the life you want you have to be intentional. During our 7 Day Challenge you will receive daily text reminders to TAKE CARE OF YOU and to complete the item on your daily care list! I don't care if it's only for 15 minutes.  Self-love is dynamic; it grows by consistent actions that mature us into a place of expectancy and well-being. Text messages are only sent as a reinforcement reminder to take action. Your phone number will not be shared or used for anything other than the challenge. 

Before the Run


We are all adults here so no one is going to make you do anything. I would hope that if you have decided to take this challenge you are in the right head space and don't want to let yourself down. This is about YOU and about you taking a stand to make conscious effort to implement change in your life. 

You will be included in our Facebook tribe where we will share our daily accomplishment for the challenge listed each day. This helps reinforce us do actually do the challenge item and more importantly you are implementing daily self care.

Often times it's easy for us to put things off for another day but yet we complain about not having enough time for ourselves which leads to being burned and stressed out!  Who wants to live a life where consistently you do this to yourself? How long will you continue to wake up, do the same unhealthy things and repeat? 

This FREE 7 Day Challenge was created to push and challenge you to be more conscious on a daily to do something to pour back into you. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel. Taking care of self is vital to our well-being and it contributes to our health, and happiness.
